All our sneakers are produced in the north of Portugal in a family owned factory located in Porto.

Currently we only produce sizes 40 – 46 EU.
We ship all our orders from our warehouse in Portugal.

Yes, you can exchange your order within 14 days after receiving your order. If you want to make an exchange please follow the instructions here and attach a note with your order number and the model and size that you would like to exchange to.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email you used when placing your order. All the tracking details and status of your shipment can be found in this email through our shipping partners.
We aim to issue a refund as soon as we have received your return. But please allow 10-14 days after we have received your return for the refund to be processed.
If you didn't receive an order confirmation and can't find it in either your inbox or spam, send us an email to info@north-89.com and we'll happily help you out.
We accept all major credits cards through Stripe. We also accept PayPal payments.
We are constantly working on adding more payment methods.
If you receive the notification that your credit or debit card has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider.
Possible reasons for declined payments are invalid payment method, incorrect billing details or bank issues. We advise you to try another card/payment method or contact your bank.
