Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We may refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction due to suspect fraud or any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site or refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Once your order has been accepted we will send you a confirmation e-mail with information about your purchase. Please keep this confirmation and check that it is correct. Pricing Policy

Prices are displayed in Euro. Sales tax of 25% is included in all prices inside the EU. The price of a product displayed on the site at the time the order is accepted and will be honored, except in cases of error. North-89 will in such case notify you using stated contact details.

The card payment system used by North-89 is developed by Stripe. All card transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are encrypted. We do not store any payment information in our database.

You are entitled to request access to and correction of all personal data you provide us, or to remove your name from the North-89's marketing list at any time by contacting us by e-mail info@north-89.com or mailing address as listed. Force Majeure

In case of Force Majeure, North-89’s obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and North-89 can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by North-89. Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters, fire or similar events. Under such circumstances, North-89 will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.

Governing Law

These terms of use are complied in accordance with Swedish law and the Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may differ from Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.

SHIPPING INFO

Delivery Information

We offer shipping world wide. Normally your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after receipt of the confirmation e-mail (except for on weekends and public holidays). Should extra costs be incurred, or if your order happens to be out of stock or your delivery delayed, you will be notified by e-mail as soon a practically possible.

Delivery time within Sweden is estimated to 1 - 2  working days. To the rest of EU 3 - 5 working days. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.

Unclaimed Packages

Unclaimed or refused packages will incur a 50€ deduction on your refund. 

Order Cancelation

Once an order has been successfully placed, North-89 can not issue changes or cancellations on this order. Once you have received your unwanted order, please return this back to our warehouse in accordance with our return policy.

Payment Methods

If you choose to pay with a credit card there will be no extra charges except the potential fee for delivery. We accept payments with VISA, MasterCard and American Express. The order amount will be held on your card once your order has been placed. Your card will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to North-89, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Your card payment is securely handled using the latest security technology available. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. Your card details are not available for anyone from our staff.

FRAUD

If we suspect that an order has been made with a stolen credit card North-89 reserves the right to investigate this to our satisfaction before shipping product or canceling the order. 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, whenever you shop at north-89.com you have the opportunity to return the goods within 14 days. The condition is that the goods will be returned in original condition and that means not being worn or used, other than for trying the size, which we recommend you do on a carpeted surface. The return should include the original packaging and brand labels. 

If you would like to make a return, please send us an email to info@north-89.com with your order number and we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.

In our mission to lessen our footprint on the environment, we’ve decided to charge a small fee for returns. When returning an order, you will be refunded in full except for the return fee.

Once we have received, processed and approved your return, we will refund the amount of the returned item minus shipping costs. This allows us to guarantee that the product is returned to us safely and saves both you and us time. Please allow 2 - 4 business days for our warehouse to process your return after it has been delivered.

The product must be sent back unused and in original condition. This means the products must not have been worn or used. It is your responsibility to treat the products with care and respect when trying on for size in your home. We highly recommend trying your shoes on a carpet to prevent marks and scratches from appearing on the soles and/or the upper material. It is important that the shoes are return in its original box with extra shoe laces and double boxed or we will not be able to process your refund.

If you paid using a credit/debit card the refund will go onto the same card. It can take up to 30 days to receive your refund.

Complaint

We guarantee that the goods you have ordered are free from defects when delivered. Should you receive faulty goods or an incorrect delivery make sure you contact our customer service team as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery.
