These terms apply to all users of the domain north-89.com and its sub-domains (henceforth: the site). The Terms and Conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with North—89 AB and visits to the site.
North—89 reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.
North—89 cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. North-89 may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although North-89 strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and web shop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the web shop, North-89 will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. North-89, however, reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by e-mail. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Part of the services mediated through the site are maintained by outside organizations. In situations where North-89 acts as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. North-89 cannot be held responsible for any damages caused from using the site or, for that matter, not being able to use the site. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. North-89.com reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
Prices are displayed in Euro. Sales tax of 25% is included in all prices inside the EU. The price of a product displayed on the site at the time the order is accepted and will be honored, except in cases of error. North-89 will in such case notify you using stated contact details.

The card payment system used by North-89 is developed by Stripe. All card transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are encrypted. We do not store any payment information in our database.
Accuracy and Retention
You are entitled to request access to and correction of all personal data you provide us, or to remove your name from the North-89's marketing list at any time by contacting us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or mailing address as listed. If you are registered with North-89 on our website and would like to be removed from our marketing list, click on the unsubscribe link included in all e-mails sent from North-89 or contact us via e-mail on email@example.com.
The site may contain links to other websites beyond our reach. We cannot be held liable for content or privacy policies of such sites.
We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor and partly on the uniqueness of products.
Violation of Rules
North-89 reserves the right to seek all solutions available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password-protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
In case of Force Majeure, North-89’s obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and North-89 can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by North-89. Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters, fire or similar events. Under such circumstances, North-89 will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.
We offer shipping within the EU, US and Switzerland. Normally your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after receipt of the confirmation e-mail (except for on weekends and public holidays). Should extra costs be incurred, or if your order happens to be out of stock or your delivery delayed, you will be notified by e-mail as soon a practically possible.
Delivery time within Sweden is estimated to 1 - 2 working days. To the rest of EU 3 - 5 working days. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
Sales tax of 25% is included in all prices inside the EU. There are no extra charges.
If a package is unclaimed and returned to us we will charge you for the cost of the return delivery.
If you choose to pay with a credit card there will be no extra charges except the potential fee for delivery. We accept payments with VISA, MasterCard and American Express. The order amount will be held on your card once your order has been placed. Your card will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to North-89, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Your card payment is securely handled using the latest security technology available. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. Your card details are not available for anyone from our staff.
If we suspect that an order has been made with a stolen credit card North-89 reserves the right to investigate this to our satisfaction before shipping product.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, whenever you shop at north-89.com you have the opportunity to return the goods within 14 days. The condition is that the goods will be returned in original condition and that means not being worn or used, other than for trying the size, which we recommend you do on a carpeted surface. The return should include the original packaging and brand labels.
Returning a service/product is to be done on your expense, unless the product/service is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Returned products/services are to be sent as letters or postal packages, and not for COD. The shoes must be sent back double boxed or we will not be able to issue a refund. In case of a trade, the customer will pay for the delivery of the replacement product/service. When you have applied the return policy you shall: -in the case of a product: return the product personally or by mail to us. -in the case of a service: make the material available to us, unless this poses significant stress to your person.
If you paid using a credit/debit card the refund will go onto the same card. It can take up to 30 days to receive your refund.
Products that are sold during a sale or when a product has a discounted sales price, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This means that sale products cannot be returned and/or refunded.
We guarantee that the goods you have ordered are free from defects when delivered. Should you receive faulty goods or an incorrect delivery make sure you contact our customer service team as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery.
